First Generation Entrepreneurs for Renewable Energy Development and Niche Product / Project implementation

  • Opportunity and Project Creation along with Identification of project locations (agricultural land suitable for Solar Greenhouses, etc.) fully suitable for the installation of renewable energy plants and also ensure scientific farming below the PV panels through solar greenhouses. Land contract agreements. Setting up of the supply chain, when necessary (biomass) including the future Hybrid renewable strategy; Best of the both Solar Power project (by using the land below the pv panels) and Greenhouse (reducing the CO2 emission by generating the clean energy from the roof of the Greenhouse) and Biomass energy (to reduce the dependence on the fossil fuel with a good mix of FIRM and INFIRM Energy);
  • Liaison and Management of relationships with DISCOMs - transmission companies concerning the connection of the plants to the grid with a PPA;
  • As Project Proponents, arranging world class EPC for the Solar PV solutions with special PV panels with Partnerships with technology manufacturers and technical companies and also for the Commercial Greenhouses with scientific farming with research facilitation on Hydroponic and Aquaponics, Marine culture etc. Each of the Greenhouse will be a kind of a online laboratory for Innovative agriculture practices / Product development to share the knowledge to the adjoining and local farmers to increase their SKILLS in scientific farming as part of Rural Development to ensure Food Security and Energy  Security;
  • Business plan Preparation, Project drawing and related ancillary works. Preparation of technical environmental analyses according to the local regulation, in order to minimize the environmental impact of the projects and also to empower the Farmers to be Entrepreneurs with Contract farming and also to be partners to harness the renewable energy to reduce the CO2 emissions in villages;
  • Conceptualization and Authorization of the projects according to applicable local regulations. Maintaining close relationships with local governments and the communities for the Rural development with increased Happiness Index along with SKILL DEVELOPMENT;
  • Setting up of special purpose vehicles (SPVs) and structuring of the financial side of the deal including participation in bidding for Solar Greenhouse to create rural jobs with in house and research based technology solutions for the sustainable project development;
  • Negotiation of PPAs (power purchase agreements) in order to make the asset bankable and more sustainable;
  • Market integration of the Agriculture produce with a future integration to the Food Processing units for a sustainable project development to support SMART GRAM (Smart Village) concept;
  • Collaborative business model is the MANTRA of KK NESAR for the SUCCESS of Solar Commercial Greenhouses to ensure INCLUSIVE GROWTH of Rural Indian Economy with Increased GDP and Happiness Index while creating large number of skilled and unskilled rural jobs with sustainability as part of Climate Change initiatives for a cleaner, safer Environment.

KK NESAR signed an MoU with Government of Rajasthan on 10th Nov 2016 at Global Rajasthan Agritech Meet, to develop a 5 MW Solar Greenhouse roof top PV system to empower the Farmers as Entrepreneurs and Partners to harness Renewable Energy to ensure Food Security and Energy Security with Scientific Farming below the PV panels
